Pinky's Dog House

Finished grooming my dog, and they called to let me know I could pick her up. I told the groomer I was on my way. When i got there 15 minutes later, groomer had left to "go get some lunch". I was informed I would have to wait for them to return. No one else there could help me. I waited outside (their office does not allow anyone to enter the building) for about 15 minutes for groomer to return. Poor client service experience. I do not recommend taking your pet here.

they do a great job and wish I could still bring my dogs to them, but cannot get ahold of them to make an appointment. Been calling for a couple months now with no answer or return call. I don't even know if they are still in business, very upsetting.

Pinky's Dog House is great! The people are friendly and do an awesome job. My dogs must like it there because Pinky's says they're well behaved and fun to have as guests.
