I like the service however I don't get customized comments on my lawn anymore. The comment area reads like an advertisement outlining all the services they sell. I want a technician that will say; This is what I see and give me specifics about my lawn. Watering too much or too little? You have insects or you don't have insects? I see the weeds in the area of your lawn not all over etc. The personalized lawn care information doesn't seem to be part of the service anymore and I miss that.
The young man that came over October 14th did an excellent job went over everything to make sure it was right before he left.
