If you are looking for an authentic Persian rug, Silk Road Gallery is the place.Mo (Mohammed), the wonderful owner, has a large selection, all authentic hand made rugs. They may seem somewhat pricey but he gave me a good discount. It set off my living room beautifully with many subtle colors that accented everything in the room. He has a huge selection of all sizes and colors in stock so you can see, touch and buy a rug on site with confidence.I liked a second small throw rug but was not sure it was the right fit. He sent me home with it without charge and said to come back later to return or pay if I liked it.Mo is a great, nice man and he is a pleasure to talk to and do business with. It is the only place to buy a great rug in SW Michigan. He also is the only place around to clean old Persian rugs. My fiancé had an old rug cleaned and it came back looking like new.ScottKalamazoo

Beautiful rugs that are very fairly priced. Moe, the owner, is terrific to work with. They also hand clean rugs - only place within driving distance that I would trust my oriental rugs with.

I purchased a used oriental wool rug and took it straight to Silk Road Gallery for cleaning before I even brought it in the house. I am grateful we have a locally owned small business that I could trust to do the job right! The price was entirely reasonable to have that work done, and everyone I interacted with was very knowledgeable and nice. They did such a great job cleaning it, the rug is prettier than I remembered! The gallery is full of amazing rugs, I am looking forward to looking through their selection when I'm in the market for my next rug.
