I have been going to Tina for a few years now and she always understands my hair and what I need. I am so glad to see her at Pura Vida.I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and setup. I have never been to a salon like this before. I loved how my stylist had her own areato focus on me during my appointment. I feel like Tina at Pura Vida is the best combination.Service: Haircut

Blaire did an amazing job with my spa pedicure!! She was friendly and attentive to detail and made it a very relaxing experience! The salt scrub and massage chair were also wonderful! Pura Vida has a great location and vibe!

I had 'gel' nails put on in my home town of St. Joseph. They were ok but I was a 'virgin' to artificial nails so didn't know what to expect. They didn't look that good so I wasn't going to repeat the process. I needed to be in Kalamazoo for a family event and asked my sister (she lives there and has had great looking nails for a long time) "who does your nails?". I explained my need for either removal or a fill (it had been 3 weeks since they were put on) and she called her girl Stacy, to see if she had an opening. Stacy did and I managed to get there on time. My nails are beautiful after she filled them. She told me that I had acrylic nails placed and not gel. I am disappointed...read full review
