An absolute Elle-ite experience at RX Optical. Elle confidently showed me frames, screens, and tiny details while I repeatedly reminded her that I couldn’t actually see any of it yet because, fun twist, I was there to fix my eyesight. Instead of missing a beat, she turned my temporary blindness into witty banter and delivered flawless customer service the entire time.
I couldn’t see the frames, but I could clearly see Elle knew exactly what she was doing. Even fresh off a wisdom-teeth extraction, her customer service was still sharper than my vision. I live out of town and yet still will always come here to get my eye exam and glasses I’ve always had a great experience here. Lisa is very friendly and helpful with everything we needed at our visit.
