Lydia was professional and warm; her space was cozy. The massage was absolutely excellent. I love her caregiving philosophy of not considering something "extra" when all components are part of the healing and serve the end goals of the service provided. I've already recommended her to others, and I'll certainly be back.

It was a very helpful experience. She found places that needed attention and then worked on that. I felt much better after the massage. Also Lydia made the whole experience comfortable.

Lydia is the very best! She creates such a comfortable safe space to take care of your body. She is so intuitive to what you tell her to focus on and focuses on areas of pain while finding other areas I didn’t know even needed attention. I always leave our appointments so much better then when I got there. She is professional, kind, and so talented at what she does. I have been getting massages for over a year and she does an amazing job at deep tissue, cupping, hot stones, facial cold stones and massages and everything is amazing!!

Rejuvenation Therapeutic Massage is an independently owned massage studio, solely operated by Lydia Walsh, LMT, located inside of Creekside Wellness Center in Portage, MI. With over 10 years of experience in both spa and medical settings, I am passionate about practicing "massage with a purpose", customizing each session to your specific needs using a variety of modalities. Massage has been such a key component in her own health journey, formerly dealing with debilitating migraines for almost 12 years of her life, that it has really ignited a passion for her to help others in their quest to live as happy, pain-free, and as comfortable as possible.
