My first massage from Lydia was great! She spent some time reviewing my physical concerns, discussed a plan to approach those, and then gave an amazing massage that addressed those concerns as well as focusing on some areas that I wasn't aware of until she identified them. I have already scheduled a couple more visits--need I say more?
