I had a great experience. I was new to fish and Gavin took the time to help me and explain everything I needed to know to keep fish healthy. Best experience I've had yet with a pet store. Jess was very helpful as well. Very informative about tank hygiene for fish and how to take care of them. Ive had a excellent experience with this store

We have had our Cavachon in for grooming twice with two different groomers. Both have been fantastic. They did a great job and our guy was handled with care. We also did a training course. Fantastic.

I've been taking my dog here for years for nail trims and an occasional bath. They used to always do so good but the last few times his nails are always so uneven and still too long. The keep missing his dew claws even when I remind them they were missed the last time. Was going to bring him back after I noticed they missed one of them again but decided to find a new groomer.
