I had one of the best experiences at Great Clips today. My stylist was Cora and let me say, she was an outstanding stylist. Her customer service was beyond amazing, she knew exactly what questions to ask and she made sure she was well aware of what I wanted before she started. I got a simple shampoo and haircut, nothing crazy, yet she made the shampoo feel like a high end spa and the confidence she expressed with the cut made me feel like I was going to highly known artist. Cora was so nice and welcoming, she didn’t hesitate or make me feel at any discomfort. I would highly recommend going to her if you want your hair DONE RIGHT!

Love this place great friendly staff and always a great haircut. My one down point is these ladies work their tails off when most other great clips are closed these ladies bear the brunt of the workload overworking and under compensating their employees. Wait times daily are super high because they don't have the staff and the staff they do have are extremely overworked. I believe these ladies need to be paid more and actually shown they are appreciated by their owners. If not they are going to keep losing staff and wont be able to hire new ones.

I started going to this location fairly recently. The location I had been going to for the past 5 years shut its doors due to the "pandemic" so I gave a equally convenient location a second shot after not having the best experiences in the past. Their hours were odd and really inconvenient for my schedule and the staff though professional wasn't as friendly as the location I had been going to.My first experience here was on a day that every other location was closed or opened late (11am on a Tuesday.)
