Tony did a great job repairing problem I called about, and went the extra mile checking everything and correcting a couple settings. He also mentioned what to look for in the future to prevent any issues.

I contacted Gordon water to see about buying a water cooler unit instead of paying the monthly rental. Jamal cheerfully laid out options. The next day he personally delivered the cooler, set it up, gave maintenance guidance, delivered 25 gallons of water and took away the empty bottles , old cooler and packaging! Respectfully took off his shoes at the door. He gave me his card incase of questions. Excellent customer service!
