Well hopefully your experience will be better. Took my laptop in for a cleaning inside and out and inspection fan was sounding a little clicky. Well it sounds worse and they clearly didn't bother cleaning it, when I got home I looked at the bottom and there was something stickie and pretty sure chocolate also. so if they did clean it they completely ignored the bottom wasted close to $200 for the year membership for it to sound worse. Think I'll pay more to go somewhere locally owned next time. Staff was nice though
