Jason is a knowledgeable and caring person. When new windows developed an issue, Jason called the manufacturer and was able to get new glass under warranty 8 years later. He and his son installed the glass. I had a leaky window that had been replaced by another company two years before. I was referred to Cooks by a friend. It turns out that the wood had rotted and the replacement window was stuck in there anyways. They were careful to remove the replacement window and opened the wall to reframe the opening with new wood. Their repair was good-I was charged a fair price for the work and pleased with the solution. They are helping my daughter with her home now
Cooks did a fantastic job on the Master Bath remodel. Paul was amazing to work with and very helpful. Jason the owner and his team made sure we were completely satisfied with the work.
We are so fortunate that we chose Cook's Home Improvement to replace our windows. Definitely a 5 Star job and we are EXTREMELY satisfied with all aspects of the work performed. We ordered Kensington windows and, now, we can hardly hear the generator performing weekly checks. Not only that, they even left the house cleaner than when the job was started!!
