Furnace went out. Called a couple places. The first company couldn’t diagnose or give me an estimate. All Brands tech came out and diagnosed the issue, contacted parts for accurate pricing and ultimately made the decision to purchase new (20+ years). They had me booked 2 days later complete install furnace and AC. 11/10 service - from both the technical and sales side.
