I was referred to alano by a friend but made the mistake of wanting immediate availability so I went to another salon and my hair cut was the worst I've ever seen on someone. Completely humiliating. My friend that referred me then gave me a gift certificate to go see Alano, (who then delivered it to me personally at the restaurant I work at) and I went for my appointment today.
