Tried to use your app to suspend our service.I have done this in the past many times.App kept saying “opps something wrong, try again later “ after several attempts I gave up and called.
Very happy with this service. WM offers competitive pricing, my previous company cost 8$ a month more and didn't provide or even offer a collection bin. WM provides excellent reliable services. And when/if there are any issues they promptly and happily strive to work out a solution. When I started with them there were "bugs" the first couple of weeks, but management got things straightened out as quickly as possible. And gave me some discounted service until things were running smoothly. Can't ask for much more than that from ANY company. I would definitely recommend them for disposal services to anyone.
