Union Properties Construction installed drywall, trim, rails for steps, tiled bathroom, and painted for me. They showed up and completed the work in a timely manner. They were polite and respectful throughout the process and, kept me informed while making helpful suggestions.
Union properties was great from start to finish. They remodeled my sunroom and kitchen. I had no clue what I wanted beyond a 'tone' in my kitchen and they held my hand through developing ideas and creating a plan that was workable for my kitchen. I knew what I wanted to do in my sunroom and they made my dream come to reality. I am so pleased with both areas. I may actually have to start cooking again! Communication was excellent, Ryan put so much effort in making sure I got the cupboards I wanted, Aaron was very detail oriented and caught issues before they developed. The crew was excellent. I'm so happy with my new spaces and so happy I chose Union Properties!
Just got a new picture window installed. Aaron, Nick and others did a great job. There was constant communication from the office, sales department, and installers. Nice to have a small local family business in the area. Thanks again, we will be having more work done in the future.
