Ryan was extremely professional and did a very thorough inspection. He was able to fit me in on short notice and was even a little early for our scheduled time! Ryan took the time to explain everything to me and address any concerns I had. We originally had it down to inspect the well and septic and sadly the septic at the house we were looking at was a very difficult to access and we were unable to get a full look at it. So Ryan was quick to give us a refund for that portion of the inspection due to not being able to fully complete it (no fault of his own). I was shocked he was so willing to refund even after digging such a large hole and doing his best to attempt it.... read full review

Ryan was fantastic. He was quick and easy to schedule with right off the bat. The inspection itself was thorough and complete. He pointed out not only areas of concerns but areas for improvement. He was knowledgeable about a wide range of issues and professional. I appreciated the complete inspection and the promptness that we received the report. Ultimately, I walked away from the home I was having inspected because of the findings during the inspection. Ryan uncovered many hidden defects that could have gone unnoticed with a less thorough inspection. Phenomenal in every aspect! Organized in scheduling, knowledgeable in construction,extremely thorough, very personable and takes plenty of time with the client, and besides looking for flaws in the house he focuses on safety, and his inspection report to no surprise was very thorough. I would highly recommend Ryan!
