I have been to many funerals at the Port Huron location. Last year my mother and I met with a couple of women (Medicaid application issues) and got paperwork started for my dad (dementia). They were as helpful as they could be since the insurance company was the problem. June 2025 my father passed away. My mom, sisters and I met with Aiyanna. I then corresponded with her several times after that day. He was cremated and we decided not to have a showing/funeral. We decided on a Saturday that worked for the family and arranged his ashes to be placed in a columbarium. Aiyanna was so helpful with all of the questions and paperwork. Years after my grandmother passed, our family was unexpectedly faced with every parents worst nightmare. Having to make decisions while in complete shock and devastation, i quickly recalled the complete kindness and compassion that everyone at Pollock Randall displayed during my grandmother's services so without hesitation, I chose them for our beautiful boy's funeral services.
