I have been to many funerals at the Port Huron location. Last year my mother and I met with a couple of women (Medicaid application issues) and got paperwork started for my dad (dementia). They were as helpful as they could be since the insurance company was the problem. June 2025 my father passed away. My mom, sisters and I met with Aiyanna. I then corresponded with her several times after that day. He was cremated and we decided not to have a showing/funeral. We decided on a Saturday that worked for the family and arranged his ashes to be placed in a columbarium. Aiyanna was so helpful with all of the questions and paperwork. She arranged for the honor guard to be at the cemetery. She was there and recited a poem and offered to do paperwork for a veterans plaque. I now fully understand why my family has used Pollock-Randall so many times!
They are the best! They helped me and my brother with everything related to our parents, including military honors for my dad. They truly care and are passionate about what they do. Laura is amazing!!!
