Another amazing experience at this clinic, BUT with a different doctor this time. :) I will admit, I was apprehensive at first, when I saw that someone other than Dr. Young walked in the room. Simply because, she was fantastic the last time we were there. Anyway, I believe this Doctor’s name was Clemens? He said he doesn’t usually work at that location, it was more of a shift relief thing. With that being said, he went over ALL of the concerns that we had with our Senior dog. He educated us on Lipomas, provided excellent advice on how we should handle it, answered all of our questions, and was very honest and reassuring about what is happening now with our dog, and... read full review
I’m so grateful for this clinic. They helped my lab when he was in pain and not feeling well, and the compassion they showed meant everything to me. They did a full body exam and really took their time checking every part of him instead of rushing. The vet sat down with me and clearly explained what could be wrong and what to watch for, which gave me so much peace of mind. They were incredibly gentle and kind to my dog and treated him with so much compassion. You can truly tell the staff loves animals and cares deeply about the pets and families they help. Took our 6 yo lab in with a uti and dbl ear infection, a week later she was feeling great! Great staff, treated us all great and explained everything. Our girl felt as comfortable as she could being at the doctor’s office.
