Just want to say a special thank you to the phenomenal team in The ER. Doctors and hospitals are a thing that typically gives me overwhelming anxiety. I felt so comfortable here all the medical staff were super Special shoutout to the X-RAY tech made me feel very comfortable( Didnt get his name) and also Jeffrey Ash for his knowledge!
I came here last night for right side pain, I had appendectomy this morning. While all the staff was loving and caring on the second floor toward me.. they were also loving enough toward my under armor sweater and one of the staff members stole it. The sweater I wore into the hospital and needed to wear out of the hospital, they didn’t wanna steal the matching pants tho, and while i understand it was cute, it stunk like B.O pretty bad, since I fell asleep in it. So I hope the sleazy staff who stole it, enjoys my body odor! I hope they will also enjoy the phone call to their supervisor in the morning!! Patient care was a 7/10, my iv didn’t get changed like I asked due to pain and less 6 hour later it blew and swelled my arm with saline. I asked for it to be placed in my hand and was told it had to be “above the wrist” I was also poked 5 different times to try for a new iv, the 5th time was from the amazing surgical staff who was able to get it on their first try! Surgical staff was on point, that is the reason for such a high rating!!
