And an other day dealing with DHL. How do you guys call your service "a service". No reply to emails or any ways to reach your customer service. I'm going to call your customer and get your service to a different broker who accurately cares about their customers' service.

The worst customs brokerage service ever. They are the slowest broker, always issues. They never pick up phones, noone to talk to, even their automated phone system doesn't work. It sucks. So frustrating. A 3rd world country system, DONT USE THEM.

Their team mess up, delayed the clearance of the load by 3 days and they will find all kinda excuse. Client end up paying the carrier (usd $500 for waiting). Please avoid ! Not even a 24 hrs service as they mentioned
