Asked for knotleass Boho braids, I have knotted Boho braids. They braid too tight. I will not be returning. Two people were working on my head , however, one kept coughing and didn’t know to cover her mouth. Nice but the experience wasn’t the best.

So unprofessional . My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 and the shop wasn't even open . When I called twice the phone went right to voicemail and I was not allowed to leave a message . After waiting a few More mins I called back and the braider said she would be there in 10 and was caught in traffic. She sounded as if she just woke up . An additional 15 minutes went by before I received services with no apology or discount for having to wait . I didn't appreciate that inconsiderate service

Got my dreads done here a while back . I called the owner ad scheduled an appointment at 9, but they didn't get there until like 9:45ish. She was on her phone a lot but i liked the way they turned out
