Tax Giant provides fast and friendly service. The process is amazing, from a professional phone inquiry to a clean building. Staff are awesome, sweet, and bilingual. They are flexible with scheduling, often offering same-day appointments. They are very professional, polite, and helpful, answering all questions. They are good at getting a return, so clients are in and out. Customers highly recommend them and plan to definitely come back next year.
I came to Tax Giant off a referral from my sister. It was my first time ever getting my taxes done and I must say from start to finish, the entire process was amazing.
I called inquiring about service and reached Jessica who was professional and nice on the phone, I scheduled a time and the building was clean and Jessica was awesome!
