I would love to know which team picked up garbage in Highland Hills friday July 27, 2023 , because they need to clone these guys! They were noticed being easy and laughing and doing their job with excellence by several residents ( I work here and usually get calls with how terrible the service is) This team yesterday, did not leave a trail of debris, they sat the cans properly back in place, they didnt use the lids like frisbees like the previous weeks crew and they were kind to those that came in contact with them. Can we request this team all the time!!??? If not you should have them train everyone else!
Update: GFL picked up the trash an hour after I called customer service the second time today. Human error was corrected and services were rendered (albeit late) I've increased the review rating to 4 stars.Thanks.Trash placed at curb the night before (8/29) scheduled pick up date (8/30). Trash truck pulled up to front of house stopped a few seconds and didn't pick up trash. I figured it was the recycle truck and went about my day.Came home from work to find that the trash still hadn't been picked up.
