I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Brooks at Stepping Stones Wellness Center and connect recommend their expertise and compassion enough. She has a great understand of how to help clients achieve overall well-being. She has an amazing group of therapists who warm and welcoming and provide a non-judgmental space for their clients to heal. I highly recommend this practice!

I've gone to therapy here for over a year. I can't speak for all therapists, but William is great. Blunt, direct, and caring. He's helped me get through the unimaginable.

I love the holistic approach my therapist teaches. Stepping Stones Wellness Center is the only therapy treatment center I truly believe that their patients' mental health comes first. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching relief from depression.
