Raquel's Massage

I followed Raquel from a previous location closer to my home and I'm so glad I did. Her scheduling and availability are convenient. Her technique is excellent; I always feel like I've been to a spa. She always checks in to see where to apply focus before she starts. I highly recommend.

After each massage therapy session I have with Raquel, I feel noticeably better than when I arrived. Raquel is gifted at what she does and has a gentle yet deep massage style. She knows the human musculature and can offer suggestions for exercises and lifestyle changes to complement her massages. My husband also goes to Raquel for his shoulders and back issues. We each have sessions once or twice every month as needed. Raquel is part of our holistic approach to health!!!

I have been giving and receiving massages for 30 years. It is so hard to find a good therapist that knows what they are doing and Raquel is that person. After being placed on disability I really needed a lot of therapy to walk and stand again to get back to a normal life. Raquel has been there for me and helped so much with these issues that she has gotten me to the point where I can walk and stand and move more freely with less pain. I am so grateful for her hands, knowledge and therapeutic techniques, and was amazed that she even taught me new techniques to use for self help.
