No Leak Home Improvements helped me and my family so so so much in getting my parents roof replaced, through our homeowners insurance, due to a wind storm that happened a few years back my parents had no idea that they can have their roof fixed through making a claim with their homeowners insurance. { WELL to make it fair we knew WE could make a claim and get the roof fixed BUT we always assumed that our insurance rate would go up if we made a claim } Antonio & Melissa came out with the crew and was with me & my family throughout the whole process. Melissa was very patient to answer all of our questions throughout the whole process!!! The crew they sent out to do the work was fabulously amazing!!!!! my dad's roof was so bad due to storm damage that no leak had to replace 52 Boards as well, WE were so nervous putting a claim with our insurance company at 1st. WE DIDN'T want our rates to go up especially because my dad went through a very massive open heart surgery a few months back and we truly did not want to worry about dads insurance to go up! NO LEAK worked every hard and cleaned up everything 100%, They started their work at at 8 am and they were done and cleaned everything by 6 pm!!! Very polite and very professional!!!!! dad has a new roof and their insurance premiums DID NOT go up. WE are so grateful for all the love this company has shown us!!!
