Marius came out for an estimate- he was super knowledgeable on the products and services provided. Was super sweet to my 2 little girls that were here and making it hard to talk- he was patient and understanding. We have a contract to have work done, can’t wait to see the end result!
We haven't actually received our shower/tub installation yet so I can't speak to the products or craftmanship yet (l will have to circle back and update my review as necessary) but one of the main reasons we went with this company is we really loved the representative they sent out to our home, Steve. Steve was awesome to work with for the quote, design, and follow-up process. He was easy to talk to and wasn't pushy or trying to oversell us products we didn't need. I Didn’t know what to expect when l actually made an appointment with Matrix to come to my home to explain their shower instillation program, that I’d just read about online. I’d never trusted online articles before and much to my surprise Devin D., from Matrix Sat in my living room and explained it all without any hype or slick salesman talk!!! Not only that, as soon my new sower is installed, and i’ve enjoyed a relaxing experience with no regrets you can invite Matrix to your home too!!!
