I wish I could give Ideal Electric zero rating. As part of warranty coverage, they repaired my wall outlet, which stopped working after a day. I've tried to reach them since then, but nobody answers the calls or messages.

Ideal Electric came to my house four times during warranty period to fix a tripping breaker and they were never able to diagnose the problem. Avoid this horrible company, they cannot even fix tripping breakers and they have terrible customer service.

I wish I could give Ideal Electric zero stars. They were scheduled to do a repair at my home as part of a warranty coverage. The appointment was made roughly 8 weeks in advance.I took the day off work, as we had another repair taking place at the same time by another company. The other company showed up and did their work. Ideal Electric never showed up or called. I called their office multiple times, only to get voicemail. I left a message but didn't receive a response back. I contacted the warranty department that originally set up the appointment. It took over a month to eventually get them to respond.Their response was via email blaming me for missing the appointment...read full review
