A couple of years ago I had the furnace and whole house humidifier installed. The humidifier (apriaire 700m) never worked properly. The installer came out three times and wasn't able to fix the problem. The last time he came out he said that his boss told him there was nothing they could do because our house was to big. I asked him then why did install a humidifier that wouldn't humidify my house. Last year the exhaust pipes began leakIng. Poor Installation and knowledge is subpar.
SCAMMERS. FALSE REVIEWS. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!! Had the same pricing issue as someone else. I was quoted a price for service, not only did he not complete the service because the tech CLAIMED there was a cracked heat exchanger. (there wasn't and a second opinion confirmed what I already suspected was a lie) yet I still had to pay for the service that was never performed. Be careful if you aren't sitting and watching them or you don't have a clue what may or may not be being done or are not familiar with typical hvac service scams. REGARDING THEIR COMMENT.... Do you think this is my first review? Wow is all I have!! Just like their service... they have the audacity...read full review
Another bad experience with this company. Rental in Plymouth. My tenant called and they came out. $170 call out fee. Tech diagnosed the issue to be a dead motherboard and quoted almost 1k for the repair which he could do the following day. He also tried the usual scare situation your furnace is on recall part of a class action suit and could leak Carbon monoxide bla bla bla...... As soon as my fantastic tenant notified me of the cost and the conversation. I knew Dunrite was not the one for me. I cancelled the appointment for the following day. I had to pay the $170 for the diagnosis. I called my usual guy bill. He was out there right away. No new mother board needed so wrong diagnosis for $170. Bill was able to get the furnace up and running for a few hundred $$. I don't feel I should have to pay for an incorrect diagnosis. Oh and the even better part is they tried to charge more for the diagnosis as they said it took longer even though their call out fee for diagnosis is 170$ they were looking for an extra $75. Run a mile from this company. overpriced and clearly don't know what they are doing.
