First time playing here and I have to say it won't be the last time either. This course is not for the faint of heart by any means. Tight fairways lined by trees and houses. The overall condition of the course was great. The fairways, greens and rough all were very playable. The cart paths are all paved with some rough spots but I don't know a course around with paved cart paths that don't have some rough spots. This course is very solid for the price and doesn’t deserve as much hate as it gets online. From what I’ve seen, it used to cost much more and was maintained less/was in much worse condition than it is now (maybe different ownership?). 5 stars for the value. We played here for the first time this year after looking for tee times in the area last second and noticing there were tons of available times during peak Saturday hours. We ( a foursome ) played last week on the back nine.Nice clubhouse, course is a bit overgrown. Since this last review we have played this course many times. They have senior rates and rates for during the week and 9 holes. The course fairways are very narrow by most standards as the tree lines keep infringing on the course. We generally play 9 holes and prefer the front 9. The clubhouse has had special events that we have enjoyed.
