They were incredibly thorough - they got into corners and details of my house I didn't even know needed attention, and the difference is night and day.

I also want to specifically call out how much I enjoyed the team's energy. I've seen other reviews criticize them for chatting and commenting while they worked, but honestly, that was one of my favorite parts. They were laughing and talking the whole time, and it made the whole experience feel warm and human instead of like having a silent crew march through my house.
