Let me just say, I will NEVER take my dogs anywhere else! They are absolutely the best. My Australian Shepherd had never been professionally groomed in his entire life. He was full of knots, had crazy, overgrown hair, and honestly needed a LOT of work. We were amazed when we picked him up. Karen is the best with my? you can seriously tell she is just an all-around dog lover who takes pride with her animals and is amazing at what she does My drive to and from Westland to Pinckney along with the hour, I have while my dog is getting groomed, 1/3 the amount of time that the groomer I first took her too in Westland?They would have her one time with eight hours and the other was 10 and then I swear they drugged her or something because she wouldn’t even realize who was picking her up. It was just an hour around scary situation… I will forever happy drive the 40-50 miles to bring her to Karen? the only worry I have now is my dog, not knowing how to act??
