I called Matt at 9 a.m. and by chance he was able to squeeze me in on a very hot day as my AC had quit. It turned out to be the outside breaker not my AC unit. He ran to the hardware store, purchased the breaker and came back and installed it.....now that is customer service! Thank you MattService: Repair HVAC

We had our A/C installed yesterday and Matt was a joy to work with! My father had contacted him early in the season and gave a down payment. He then passed away suddenly, and we had no idea he'd done anything more than make an appointment for a quote. Matt was honest and forthcoming about everything my father had set into motion, he was great at getting back to us to schedule an install date, and was very personable and professional. I would highly HIGHLY recommend hiring him for any and all of your heating and cooling needs.

We had a wonderful experience with Bay Area Heating and Cooling. Very professional and followed through on every part of the job. Matt was super trustworthy, we even gave him a key to instal the furnace in our seasonal home. You truly couldn’t tell anyone was there. Zero mess left and the job came out awesome. We definitely recommend this company.
