Very helpful at no cost except to cover the cost of a few cables. They gave me insights on what to expect during the hookup to the local internet provider. It’s a small town and people have a tendency to be on their best behavior. Even though this company does primarily large and medium sized data systems I think they realize their reputation goes beyond the relationship with the paying customers. That’s a good thing. Many companies brag about community involvement and do one or two projects and then disappear. I don’t see that from these guys. They have a big investment in our little town.

They are great! Very friendly, helpful and extremely patient. They will stay on the phone with you, willingly, through long waits while you reboot your system. I've called a handful of times and 3very time is a great experience.

Christian of the AVS Tech Team was Incredibly helpful and extremely profession!!!! He walk me thru and corrected my issues in just a few minutes. Prior to talking with AVS Tech Team I had spent several hours trying to correct the myself. Kudos to the AVS Tech Team!!!!! Especially Christian!!!!! Keep up the GREAT Work!!!!!!! Thanks, Bill
