C Pilates
“Don and I have been coming to C-Pilates for over four years and it is the first form of exercise I actually enjoy. Carrie has a gift ~ she can look at you and immediately know where your body is tight or off balance. She corrects your form in real time so you are always getting the most effective and safest workout possible. She genuinely understands the body in a way that is rare. We are not going anywhere. Carrie is the real deal.
