Ive been receiving body work(massage, energy, healing) for over 40 years- miraculously I found Renee as I spend my summers in Northern Michigan. She is well trained( by so many different teachers, experiences, and her own intuition), and is able to find what needs to be fixed, or adjusted. Renee is the most thorough body worker I have experienced. I have been going 2 x a week (hello quads, it bands, sacrum)- as im training and preparing for a walk on the camino trail in sept. which I intend to do with grace and ease- Much gratitude for your incredible work Renee ....
Renee is very good. She does deep tissue and active release techniques that most therapists don't do. She can feel your trigger points. I went to her the day after I took a fall on ice. She was able to reduce the pain from my whiplash. I couldn't believe how much better I felt afterwards. I also had a jammed wrist from shoveling. She was able to pop that back into place as well. She can fix you!! I am super impressed.
