I attended a Saturday group Sound Healing session - it was sublime, divine, otherworldly and exquisite. Time expanded and felt formless, and I was immersed in the moment and in tune with my body. From the moment I laid down, I could feel an energetic release. The atmosphere, warmth and care that Kelly brings to each session allows your body to feel safe and supported to heal itself. I have been experiencing extreme tension and stress lately. Kelly came in and went straight to work through massage and other healing modalities. She knew exactly what to do to release the stuck energy and gave my body a beautiful reset. I highly recommend Kelly!
