I’ve been working here for almost 3 months, it’s the first time I’ve ever worked in any kind of factory. The very first day I worked, I got to meet ALL of the managers and supervisors from all the plants, they served us lunch and have a VERY in depth factory tour along with a safety briefing. I was very impressed, I’ve never, in all my working years, had that. That same week they bought us pizza for lunch, as they do whenever a new hire comes in. They cross trained me on the neighboring plant and walked me through and showed me the front and back of the operations.
