So thankful to have them come out and help resolve a water leak and dry out the effected areas. Using moisture meters allowed us to isolate the effected area and dry out quickly to prevent further damage. Thank you Lake Effect Restoration for all of your help on my home!
When we were away this fall our main water line broke just outside the house and the water poured into our finished basement. It was running for about a week before someone found it. I called Lake Effect and no questions asked they showed up and began drying out the space. They spent the next week tearing out affected drywall and flooring. All while handling our personal items with care. They had a great relationship with our insurance company and documented everything in order for the adjuster to make appropriate estimates. I had previous water damage in my basement that I needed cleaned up and they came to assess the basement within the next week and got the job done the week after that. Luke was very informative and stayed in contact which I appreciated. They also applied a pay out of pocket discount since insurance was not a factor which made me very greatful for choosing them. I previously contacted 5 other restoration companies and Lake Effect was by far the most affordable. Would definitely recommend!
