Very professional and understanding. They unfortunately found problem after problem in our old house, but stuck it out until it was finished. I would recommend these guys to everybody.

I’ve called hot shots a few times and have never been disappointed. Most recently, I called for a tub that wouldn’t drain. The tech tried to get it flowing, but to no avail. He helped me identify a trap that needed to be replaced. Per his recommendation, I called a plumber and had it replaced.Hotshots did not charge me for the visit. This is just a consistently good group of people. Thank you!

They return messages quickly& were able to come fix our problem the next day to work with my schedule. Mark was very nice& fixed our clogged kitchen sink real quick. Highly recommend this company!
