“Kathy is an amazing designer. She redesigned my new kitchen layout to be more user friendly and fit my needs. Kathy also did the layout for three bathrooms and my laundry room. The laundry room was expanded from the original blueprints, including moving a wall, to accommodate an additional half bath. She redrew the plans and the result was an awesome laundry room, half bath, larger coat closet and an additional broom closet. I couldn't be happier.“

He takes the work very seriously, but not so much himself. His communications are clear and efficient. This all contributed to minimizing the worry and aggravation so often a part of renovation, and led to our overall experience being one that was surprisingly fulfilling and unexpectedly fun. By the end of the renovation, we not only saw Jim as a talented and trusted contractor we would refer a family or friend to without hesitation, but also has a highly valued and respected friend, who we hope to maintain a friendship with for years to come.“
