I love these guys. Always responsive . Always know what they are doing. I’ve been using them for my properties for 25 years with no issues. Even though they are often booked up I always get on their wait list and many times they come weeks earlier . Excellent company.
Had an air conditioner issue and it was nearly 90 degrees in our house. Called in knowing it was going to be the busiest day of the year for heating and cooling companies here locally. To my surprise Ballard’s was able to get us in later that day! James was awesome! He took his time and educated me on what we have. We have air again!! Thanks a ton!
I had an emergency plumbing problem with guests due to arrive in 24 hours and Ballards responded quickily with a crew that was pulled off a construction job to address a water leak at our lake cottage. They did great work just as they have for the past 15 years and we are forever greatful!
