The only reason the tanning is still open here is because there is no other options in the area. The beds are cracked, bulbs out, VERY dirty rooms - disgusting floors, dust and junk in the corners - and the the beds never have a sign of being cleaned prior to use. My boyfriend and I purchased month long packages the week before the shutdown for COVID, and we're never able to use them after. When we asked for some compensation, even applying a partial credit toward a new package, they wouldn't. I wasn't too upset until I saw the price of the new packages... I went to tan in the harbor springs location and the bed was cracked all across the top. They fixed it with something weird. I can't believe with all the bad rap of tanning beds these people would only fix the crack. They still charge top prices. I really should have walked out. Their beds are dinosaurs. They vibrate and rumble when they are on like a truck. I also don't trust the cleanliness. Beware!

Went to get my dip powder nails done on 8/26 and did not leave feeling very happy with the service that I received BUT called in and fixed my nails on 8/28. I do appreciate their time and offer to correct what needed to be done. If you wish to have an electric file be used to remove old nails / smooth new ones, be sure to ask.
