1st time using Lori for our Doberman puppy. We were at pet supplies plus in Owosso. Just want to say thank you for doing this and offering our community a service such as this. Everything went well and we will be back! Good, quick service and reasonably priced

I have two of the best little boston rescues that are older 10 and 12 when we got them a year ago. to put it simple they were neglected and nail trimmings are not only painful for my girls but scary to boot. Lori was so sweet to my girls and when one was worried and yipped Loris first response was to sooth her, not rush to get the clipping over or something that might scare our little lady which we have seen in the past. the care Lori took was all over my girls faces when they left happy and excited, usually nail day is all drama even when we get home they are just so put out, but not yesterday they just were their normal old playful selves. If you have any dogs that need a little extra tlc, Lori is probably the best darn place around and we have tried a few.
