Our pitless adapter cracked and water was draining back into the well. We called J&M late at night and got a call back in the early morning. They came right out and fixed it within 20 minutes of arriving with a brass part that's going to hold up better long term. Jim and his crew were polite and informative, and answered all of our questions. They were quick and affordable. Will definitely call again for well issues!

We had another well company out that couldn’t figure our problem out, that was after we paid a plumbing company to fix/replace our water tank. That first well company had us call an electrician and the electrician said we indeed needed a well company. I asked our trusted electrician who he recommended and instantly he said J&M.
I called and immediately the lady on the other line had a team available (we were without water and 1000s of dollars for five days). She spoke with the electrician to get the game plan and her team was on the way.
