Dr. Cook is truly amazing! I sought out a second opinion and will now be taking my cat to her moving forward. She is extremely kind and has such a calming presence. What I appreciate the most, however, is how much time she spends with me. I have never felt rushed and she always answers all of my questions. The clinical support staff has also been wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!
On Sunday January 25th, I called the office at 9 am to see if they would see my Boston Terrier. This dog has never been seen there but I have my Guinea Pugs scheduled for an appt there this Friday January, 30th. When I called and told them what was going on Dr. Stewart agreed to see him even though we aren’t patients there. The outcome was not what we hoped for and our beloved Boston had to be put down but I can’t say enough about how wonderful Dr. Stewart, Christina, and Ashley were to Ace, my 10 year old daughter, and myself. They truly went above and beyond for us and we will forever be grateful to them for getting our boy out of pain.
The doctor here was amazing. She defenettly touched and held/pet our very hurt and uncomfortable, dying (if not for her) cat more than was required. Which showed me she loves her job and the animals and was defenetly going to take care of him. My cat (while doc was talking to me and I needed to pay attention) would come to me for a pet, and didn't....he went directly to doc for the petting then, also let me know he had judged her already and trusted her. The entire team here made us feel secure, they were very informative and detailed and communicative as well.
