Approaching the hottest day of the year when we experienced a failure of our 7 year old central A/C unit (our so it appeared). Contacted MMS and within 24 hours Dakota arrived and quickly restored the A/C determining that it was a capacitor within the 22 year old furnace! Excellent service and Dakota couldn’t have been more competent and friendly! Highly recommend!
