Great experience, I requested and I person quote, the tech came out and did a detailed inspection of the install location and even got on the roof and inspected the chimney to give me the most accurate quote possible. The install team was quick and efficient. Brianna answered the phone and was super awesome. I had a small problem with the county inspector and Brianna took ownership of it and somehow got the county to come out same day and do my inspection which helped me out. She followed up twice to make sure it was comple and I was happy. It's not often you have an employee that takes ownership and follows thru like that. They promptly respond to phone calls, set up appointments as soon as one is available especially if it is a problem with the AC or furnance. They call usually on the day before the appointment to let you know of the time and who is coming. When a problem has developed they do their best to get someone out to fix the problem ASAP especially if it is in the winter and the furnace quits working. We have had them as our heating and AC repair company for close to 20 years and plan on keeping them as our service and repair company.
A service person from Nieboer recently serviced our air conditioner for the spring check-up and did a great job. He cleaned all of the cotton from the cottonwoods that was floating in the air off of the screen surrounding the air conditioner which allowed for maximum air flow and efficiency. It never even occurred to us. He was very professional and friendly and offered several tips on maintaining our furnace and air condition. Their fee was reasonable and we highly recommend Nieboer Heating & Cooling.
